Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer

Description: Seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, integrate, support, and optimize contact-center solutions. Requires collaboration with the Spanish team during Spanish business hours (10:00 AM–6:00 PM Spain time). Requirements: 6+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX solutions. Fluency in both Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+). Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, APIs, and Outbound Dialing configurations. Experience with analytics, reporting, and quality management in Genesys Cloud. Nice to have: experience with Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows and Workforce Engagement Management.
