Senior Product Engineers don’t just “implement tickets” - they shape problems, challenge assumptions, talk to customers, make trade-offs, and stay accountable for outcomes over time. Your job isn’t to ship features; it’s to deliver meaningful product and business value quickly. We work best when:

You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Design, but you’ll also be expected to independently drive work forward from vague problem statements to shipped solutions to measurable impact. AI Is Not a Side Project Here At Legl, AI is a core part of the engineering toolkit, not an experiment or a productivity hack. We use AI deliberately to:
Enable engineers and non-engineers to move faster safely
Push beyond traditional stack boundaries
Increase leverage and reduce repeated manual work
Improve decision quality Strong judgement matters. We care about correctness, safety, and customer trust just as much as speed.
