Description: Own product areas within BJAK's AI Investing, including insurance, payments, savings, and travel. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams. Simplify complex financial products into user-friendly customer journeys. Utilize data, feedback, and research to enhance product decisions and drive iterations. Requirements: Experience as a Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role in fintech or high-growth products. Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows. Proficient in working with engineers and designers to deliver products. Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, and post-launch analysis. Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. High ownership and ability to work independently with limited guidance.
