Description: Lead the European Forward Deployment team to drive adoption of Vinci’s platform among top engineering organizations. Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of thermal engineers to engage customers and demonstrate software value. Act as trusted technical advisors to help customers validate and optimize complex designs, focusing on thermal performance and product reliability. Collaborate with customer engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide expert guidance. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience in thermal management and cooling solutions, with expertise in commercial simulation software (e.g., Flotherm, Ansys Icepak). Familiarity with semiconductor electronics packaging and advanced packaging technologies. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, building trust and managing client relationships. Practical programming experience in Python or C++ for workflow automation. Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and driving execution in engineering teams.
