Description: Lead the adoption of Vinci’s platform among top engineering organizations in Asia. Act as trusted technical advisors to help customers validate and optimize complex designs. Collaborate with customer engineering teams to address technical challenges and provide expert guidance. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. 15+ years of experience in thermal management and cooling solutions, with expertise in commercial simulation software. Familiarity with semiconductor electronics packaging and advanced packaging technologies. Proven experience in customer-facing roles and building engineering client relationships. Practical programming experience in Python or C++ for workflow automation. Strong leadership and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
