Staff Software Engineer

Description: Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex AI-native and cloud-native systems. Take ownership of critical components, set technical direction, and serve as a resource for peers and junior engineers. Requirements: 10-14 years of software development experience, with 5+ years in cloud-native and AI-native systems. 3+ years of experience with LLM prompt engineering, agent design, and retrieval systems. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Java; experience with ServiceNow platform development. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and communicate technical concepts effectively.
