Description: Headway is seeking a Revenue Strategy and Operations Lead (Insights & AI) to enhance provider growth through AI-powered tools and strategic analysis. The role involves generating insights, building self-service tools for sales leaders, and supporting revenue leadership with data-driven recommendations. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in strategy, sales operations, or analytics, preferably in a growth-stage company. Proficiency in AI tools, data modeling, trend diagnosis, and forecasting (SQL knowledge is a plus). Ability to drive strategic initiatives and scope ambiguous problems.
