Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Description: Headway is on a mission to improve access to mental healthcare by automating administrative tasks related to insurance and providing a platform for therapists and patients. The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will have end-to-end ownership of building user-friendly systems that enhance clinical data management, therapist practice management, patient experiences, and onboarding processes. Requirements: Proficient in TypeScript, Python 3, React, Remix, Next.js, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, Redis, and AWS. Experience in building APIs and user interfaces, with a focus on both backend logic and frontend state management. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in ambiguous situations, and a passion for improving mental healthcare access. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on mentoring and sharing knowledge. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $182,750 - $278,500 plus equity package.
