Backend Engineer

Description: Build and maintain production-grade services for HR, payroll, and compliance platform. Work on core backend systems to help global businesses scale efficiently and compliantly. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of professional backend engineering experience shipping production-grade code. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem. Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. Proven track record building and maintaining REST APIs. Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Benefits: Salary range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000 per month. Fully remote role.
