Backend Engineer

Description: Join a leading tech company as a Backend Engineer (Mid–Senior) in an R&D team focused on real-time voice platform. Develop and evolve services controlling real-time call flows, ensuring low latency, high availability, and predictable behavior under load. Requirements: 3–6+ years of experience building production backends with real responsibility. Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python (asyncio), or PHP/Laravel. Practical experience with concurrency, event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and real-time bidirectional communication. Good SQL skills and experience with MySQL 8. Technical English proficiency for documentation and basic communication. Experience using AI in the development process, including code assistants and validation of AI-generated output.
