Focus on understanding payroll processes, payments, and business rules to create test scenarios and identify issues. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing. Solid experience in functional testing of products or applications. Practical experience testing REST APIs with Postman. Ability to understand business rules and convert them into test scenarios. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Clear documentation of bugs with evidence and reproduction steps. Availability for a 3-month project and residence in LATAM. English is not required.
