Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical owner of client automation, collaborating with operations and engineering teams. Requirements: 2+ years in a technical role with external clients (solutions engineering, implementation, etc.). Strong client-facing judgment and ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences. Proficient in APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Python scripting. Experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath). Familiarity with AI tools and managing multiple client projects.
