Data Engineer

Description: Build and operate data capabilities for AHEAD teams to access trusted and well-managed information. Develop ingestion pipelines, transformations, data models, and curated data products using Snowflake and dbt. Support data from enterprise applications like Salesforce, Hatch, and NetSuite. Ensure data availability for analytics, applications, automation, and AI workflows. Collaborate with data consumers and engineering teams to improve data delivery speed and consistency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or analytics engineering. Proficient in SQL and Python for production-quality solutions. Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar cloud data technologies. Understanding of data modeling, ELT/ETL patterns, and pipeline orchestration. Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and practices. Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with various stakeholders. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
