Principal Technical Consultant - AI/Cloud Platform Engineering

Description: Lead the design, build, and migration of AI agent platforms on Microsoft Azure for large enterprises. Own end-to-end project delivery, including assessing current states, designing target platforms, and enabling client teams to operate independently. Requirements: 8+ years in engineering or technical consulting, with 5+ years in Azure infrastructure and migrations, and 18 months in GenAI or agent systems. Proven delivery leadership experience, including mentoring junior consultants and managing client engagements. Strong knowledge of Azure landing zones, migration strategies, and core Azure services. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio, including agent development and governance. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices using tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $230,000 - $290,000 per year.
