Senior Software Safety Engineer

Description: AeroVect is a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy for airlines and ground service providers. The Senior Software Safety Engineer will execute safety lifecycle tasks across software and hardware platforms under the guidance of the Head of Safety. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on safety engineering experience in autonomous vehicles, automotive, aerospace, or industrial safety. B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline. Proven experience in software development or safety in C++, Python, or ROS/ROS2 environments. Deep understanding of software safety lifecycles and experience analyzing autonomous vehicle software pipelines.
