Staff Software Engineer, Motion Planning

Description: AeroVect is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and build planning systems for autonomous driving in structured, low-speed environments. The role involves owning the design and implementation of mission planning, behavior planning, and motion planning software, contributing to vehicle autonomy for airside operations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Physics, or a related field. Extensive experience in designing and implementing planning modules for autonomous systems in production. Strong programming skills in C++ (preferred) or Python, with experience in Linux-based systems. Ability to solve ambiguous technical problems independently and excellent communication skills.
