Backend Software Developer - Java/SpringBoot (m/f/d)

Description: Join the team behind Charisma to build, scale, and stabilize backend services. Work on microservices, integrations, data performance, and system reliability in an agile environment. Requirements: Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework. Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization. Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and Spring Data JPA. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit 5, Mockito). Practical experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Nice to have: AWS experience, Kotlin knowledge, Reactive Programming.
