Senior Backend Software Developer - Java/Spring Boot (m/f/d)

Description: Seeking a Senior Backend Developer/Engineer to lead the development of backend services for the Charisma solution using Java 17+ and Spring Boot. Responsible for designing microservices, ensuring scalability, security, and operational reliability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. Requirements: Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and automated testing tools (JUnit 5, Mockito). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and performance/load testing. Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members. English proficiency (min. B2 level).
