SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Description: Central point of contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Analyze customer requirements and develop end-to-end processes for SuccessFactors modules. Define integration scenarios with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA). Coordinate with module leads on integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture. Present system architecture to stakeholders and build trust in solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower customers and project teams. Collaborate with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers for smooth implementations. Requirements: Minimum five years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on solution architecture. Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integration possibilities, ideally with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM. Ability to explain complex topics clearly and present to diverse stakeholders.
