Staff Security Engineer

Description: Set the technical direction for security across DigitalZone's platform, focusing on application and cloud security, payment, and identity flows. Own complex security problems, perform hands-on work, and elevate the engineering organization. Requirements: 8+ years in software or security engineering with expertise in application security, cloud/infra security, and detection and response. Proven experience in threat modeling and securing systems handling payments or sensitive financial and PII data. Strong engineering fundamentals, including fluency in AWS security and modern authentication patterns. Familiarity with frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, OWASP, and SOC 2, with the ability to operationalize them effectively.
