Senior Everything Engineer (Data & Migrations)

Description: Seeking "Everything Engineers" with a Data Focus to modernize a legacy system managing billions in international security cooperation. Role involves replacing the legacy system with a modern web platform through quick iterations and AI-led development. Requirements: US citizenship and eligibility for a US SECRET clearance. 7+ years of experience with production data systems. Strong track record with relational data systems, schema design, migration, and performance. Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL. Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (Codex/Claude Code or equivalent). Willingness to travel no more than once per quarter.
