Senior AI Data Engineer

Description: Evolve and enhance the core platform for entity management and governance. Build and improve Named Entity Recognition (NER) pipelines using LLM-based models and other techniques. Extend NER capabilities to new content types, including live-stream content. Improve search and entity discovery through entity resolution and personalized search. Design and query graph-based relationship models for visualization and business context. Implement entity-level security and access controls. Onboard new data sources and support integrations with applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and AI workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and prioritize the platform roadmap. Support team onboarding and knowledge sharing. Requirements: 7+ years of software engineering experience with data-intensive platforms. Experience with search platforms like Elasticsearch or OpenSearch. Knowledge of graph databases and knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j). Applied NLP and NER experience, including LLM-based extraction. Experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and observability tools. Strong systems thinking, architecture, and data modeling skills. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools. Ability to evaluate and correct AI-generated outputs. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of permission-aware data access and security filtering. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
