Customer Support Consultant - afternoon/night shifts

We also operate offline: 500+ photo booths in shopping centers, kiosks in Empik, and an application in cooperation with Rossmann. We are growing because we create a product that genuinely makes people's lives easier - and this is only the beginning. To meet the growing expectations of our application users, we are looking for a person for the Customer Support Department . You will join a team that is the first point of contact for users from around the world. Your work has a real impact on how Clients remember PhotoAiD and on the photos that end up in important documents. What you will do: You verify biometric photos and prepare them in accordance with international standards. You handle email inquiries and phone calls from Clients. You take care of high-quality service and maintain the adopted standards. You shape a positive image of the company in every contact with a Client. You work closely with other team members and colleagues from other departments. Our requirements: Status studenta/studentki. Readiness to work on weekends and holidays. Readiness to work in a shift system - mainly afternoons (we work around the clock). Professionalism in contact with Clients. Accuracy and diligence in daily tasks. Ability to work in a team and to make decisions independently. Highly developed interpersonal skills - you like people and people like you. Commitment and a genuine willingness to learn.
