Build Account Strategy: Build and execute account strategies, partnering with specialists and cross-functional teams to present compelling value propositions. Navigate Procurement: Work through government procurement processes and RFPs, using creative thinking to keep deals moving. Be in the Field: Spend significant time in front of customers across your territory. Share Market Insight: Report market trends and competitor activity to leadership. What You Bring 3–7 years of field sales experience with a strong record of attaining quota. Hunter mentality with a track record of generating your own pipeline, prospecting into new accounts, and closing new business in the field. Experience selling into government or public safety, and skill at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and large contract values. A strategic and analytical approach, with experience building account plans, managing pipelines, and closing complex deals. Excellent communication skills, and comfort working with senior decision-makers, technical buyers, and cross-functional teams. Self-motivation and adaptability in fast-moving environments, and the ability to work without close supervision.
