Location Requirement Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment. We are unable to hire candidates residing in California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States. About the role We are seeking highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Transportation Resolution Specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers on the phone, educating and helping the customer work through their claim to the best possible outcome. This role will also be responsible for handling an inventory of claims, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all constituents of the claim. The claims you will handle will be commercial transportation (interstate trucking) related. The ideal candidate has a willingness to work through and design process that supports the quickest claim resolution with the best outcome.
