About Mission Bit Mission Bit is a San Francisco-based nonprofit that equips youth with hands-on computer science and AI education that builds confidence, technical skills, and pathways to meaningful careers in technology. We offer a variety of hands-on STEM education programs, including semester- and year-long introductory coding courses, self-paced learning, workshops, and much more. The role As a TA for the Intro to Web Design class, you will help build a welcoming, supportive classroom community and foster productive collaboration among students. You will track student progress, plan and lead community-building activities, and work with the Lead Instructor to run class sessions and help every student reach their potential. If you have a passion for community, social justice, and coding, and want to uplift Bay Area youth and bridge the tech divide, this might be the opportunity for you! This is a seasonal, part-time, in-person role based at our partner site in San Francisco, CA, and reports directly to the Education Program Manager.
