Senior Software Engineer

Description: ChartHop is an AI-powered people operations platform focused on enhancing organizational planning and decision-making. The Senior Software Engineer will develop a configuration-driven integration system and contribute to AI functionalities within the product. Requirements: Experience in building and maintaining third-party integrations (HRIS, payroll, ATS, etc.). Proficiency in data pipelines or ETL processes. Strong back-end development skills, preferably in Kotlin or other JVM languages. Extensive API experience (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth). Ability to analyze and troubleshoot API issues. Experience working independently in small teams or startups. Familiarity with AI tools in development work. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
