Full-Stack Software Engineer, Reinforcement Learning

Description: Build product interfaces, backend services, and internal tools for an AI reinforcement learning data platform. Collaborate with research, operations, and external partners to develop tools for creating and improving training data. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience with a technical background. Proficiency in Python and modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js). Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or reinforcement learning, and end-to-end product ownership. Experience in building backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD). Skills in creating dashboards and monitoring tools for data quality assessment. Familiarity with data collection platforms, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Grafana is a plus. Benefits: Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship and relocation support for eligible candidates moving to the U.S. or Singapore.
