Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Description: Salvo Software is a global technology company focused on custom software development and engineering solutions. Seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to manage security for cloud environments, internal systems, and a distributed workforce. Responsibilities include designing security controls, protecting sensitive data, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering. Deep experience securing AWS, GCP, or Azure environments. Strong knowledge of IAM, Active Directory, MFA, and access control. Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and secure network design. Hands-on experience with CI/CD security integration and containerized environments. Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, and incident response. Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. Practical knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
