Backend Team Lead (Python) - Data

Description: Lead the backend, full stack, and QA engineers in the team, ensuring predictable delivery and improving estimation accuracy. Take ownership of planning and delivering technical roadmap items, optimizing data processes, and managing technical risks. Requirements: 6+ years of Python experience, particularly with high-performance data systems. 2+ years in a technical leadership role, with experience in project planning and delivery, especially database migration. Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and data gathering/scraping. Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalability principles. B1+ English level.
