Principal Software Engineer

Description: Lead the security, identity, and access management capabilities for Conga's B2B products. Manage a team of 5 to 8 engineers and set technical direction for authentication and authorization across the platform. Requirements: 8+ years of backend software engineering experience with enterprise SaaS services. 3+ years of experience in designing and operating shared identity and platform-security services (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML). Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, Scala, Rust). Strong experience with RESTful APIs and SQL data stores.
