Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (UK)

Description: Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for improving reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency of Firstup’s multi-tenant cloud platform. Leads incident response and root-cause improvements while collaborating with Engineering, Information Security, and Customer Success teams. Requirements: BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience. Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, production engineering, or platform engineering in large-scale, distributed applications. Proficient in troubleshooting across technology stacks including AWS, Kubernetes, and databases. Hands-on experience with observability tools, particularly Datadog, and defining SLIs/SLOs. Strong automation skills using languages like Python, Go, or Java, and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
