Staff Software Engineer

Description: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the LIMS application and related software. Provide design solutions and team leadership to engineers and Technical Product Managers. Requirements: BS degree in computer science or equivalent. 10+ years of software development experience, particularly in complex data/process management applications. 10+ years of experience with Python and web services (REST). Experience with front-end web programming (modern JavaScript frameworks). Familiarity with regulated environments (CLIA/CAP, HIPAA, etc.) and software validation practices. Strong relational database skills (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred). Experience leading system replacements or consolidations.
