Founding Account Executive

Location: United States Headquarters: URL: https://careers.mozaiq.com About LiftPilot LiftPilot is an AI-powered website personalization platform for B2B companies. We help marketing and growth teams give every visitor a tailored website experience, turning more traffic into engagement, qualified pipeline and conversions. The product is built, enterprise-grade and in the market. We’re live with our first pilots and the results so far have been exceptional. The role LiftPilot is early enough that how we sell is still an open question, and you’d be the person answering it — figuring out who bites, what lands, which deals are worth chasing and which aren’t. You won’t be doing that from a standing start: the founding team is deep in this market, so the product knowledge, the context and the second opinions are all a message away. You’d run the whole cycle yourself, target list through to signed. The pipeline you work is the pipeline you build, and what you learn building it is what LiftPilot’s sales motion becomes. If you want a process to follow, this isn’t it. If you want to be the reason there’s a process at all, let’s talk. What you'll do Build your own target list and book every meeting through your own outreach: email, LinkedIn, phone and events. Sell to VP-level and above marketing, demand gen and growth leaders at B2B companies. Run discovery calls, and prepare a tailored demo for each first meeting. Help your champion make the case internally, and position LiftPilot against existing tools, agencies and internal builds. Negotiate and close new business, and set each new customer up for a smooth start. Keep an accurate, honest pipeline in the CRM. Bring what you hear from buyers back into the product. What you need 4+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive closing new business in B2B SaaS, with a record of hitting your number. Selling to marketing leaders. You've sold to VP-level and above marketing, demand gen or growth leaders, not IT or finance. MarTech sales experience. You’ve sold marketing technology, such as website personalization, ABM, CRO, advertising, analytics or content tools. Early-stage experience. You've carried a number at an early-stage company, ideally as one of its first two salespeople. Self-sourced pipeline. Most of your pipeline came from your own outreach, and you can walk us through how you built it. Selling without proof. You've closed deals with no case studies or references to point to. Strong writing. You write cold emails that get replies. Organized and self-directed. You plan your week, follow up without being chased, and write down what's working. Curiosity about the product. You want to understand how it works, not just pitch it. You Close. You push deals to a decision rather than letting them drift. You’re comfortable asking for the signature, chasing the fourth follow-up, and naming the thing that’s blocking a deal instead of waiting it out. Nice to have Experience selling website personalization, ABM, CRO or experimentation platforms. Experience selling AI products. Experience in a founder-led sales team. Experience navigating buying committees in mid-market and enterprise deals. This role isn't for you if You need an SDR, a territory or an account list to hit your number. Most of your past pipeline came from inbound or leads you were handed. You're looking for a VP or Head of Sales title right away. What we offer Base salary: $100,000 to $125,000 USD, depending on experience. Uncapped commission on every deal you close. Fully remote. Direct access to the founder, product team, and to have real influence on how we sell. Room to grow as the sales team grows. Our hiring process 1. Intro call 2. Conversation with our founder 3. Pitch us. Run us through a pitch for your current company’s product, the way you’d do it on a real first call. 4. Paid take-home exercise We give you a list of companies; you show us how you'd prioritize them and draft your first outreach. 5. Team session. Walk us through your exercise, then work through a few real buyer scenarios with the team. To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/mozaiq-founding-account-executive
