Requirements: Strong full-stack engineering expertise with a commitment to clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Good judgment in technical decisions balancing speed, quality, security, and sustainability. Comfortable with API-driven and integration-heavy challenges, understanding the importance of reliability and consistency in interface design. Clear communicator who collaborates closely with others and can explain complex technical topics across teams. Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and translating ambiguity into practical solutions.
