Staff Software Engineer

Description: Responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling secure, performant SaaS platform solutions for Studio customers. Provides technical leadership and collaborates with Architecture, InfoSec, DevOps, and Product Management. Requirements: 15+ years of industry experience developing highly available backend services. 10+ years building applications running in the cloud via AWS. 5+ years leading a team of developers on larger projects. Recent development experience in C# (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core) and Golang. Strong knowledge of microservice architecture, containerization, and cloud-native solutions. Experience with relational SQL databases (preferably Postgres) and NoSQL databases (e.g., AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB). Familiarity with CI/CD environments and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar). Strong communication skills and experience mentoring team members.
