Senior AI Engineer

Description: Join Sword to build AI solutions that transform healthcare delivery and improve operational processes. Work with the Internal AI Solutions Team to identify and solve operational challenges using Generative AI. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI engineering. Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and/or Python, with experience in LLM APIs. Strong analytical skills and experience working with business stakeholders to develop solutions. Ability to measure and improve processes based on user feedback and operational metrics.
