Staff Software Engineer, Growth (Self Serve)

Description: Lead technical initiatives in the Growth group to enhance customer journeys and improve business outcomes. Design and build customer-facing software and shared platform capabilities using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Requirements: Proven experience in technical leadership and delivering results across multiple teams. Strong product judgment with experience in building customer-facing SaaS products, particularly in growth and onboarding. Ability to use customer insights and data to guide product iterations. Experience in coaching and developing engineers for ownership of projects. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
