AI Solutions Engineer - Agents & Automation

Description: Design and build AI agents and automations for external customers in the Cannabis/CPG industry. Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, scope projects, and ensure reliable production. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or automation engineering. Proven production experience with LLM workflows (e.g., Claude, OpenAI). Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in browser automation and REST APIs. Ability to troubleshoot production failures and work with version control (Git).
