Description: Join Cara Care, a digital health company, as a (Senior) Full-Stack Engineer to improve digestive health through technology. Work in a cross-functional team focused on delivering impactful patient-centric features and modernizing the platform. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus, proficient in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. Experience with React Native, TypeScript, and automated testing for backend services. Knowledge of relational databases, API design, and cloud-native architecture (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Familiarity with AI coding agents and a pragmatic product mindset.
