ERP Quality Assurance Lead

Description: Lead quality assurance for a multi-year ERP transformation at a U.S. county government. Establish independent quality gates and ensure business processes and data readiness meet acceptance criteria. Requirements: Proven experience in ERP QA/test leadership, including test strategy and end-to-end UAT. Familiarity with payroll and conversion evidence review, defect criteria, and release-readiness decisions. ISTQB or similar credentials preferred; public-sector experience strongly preferred.
