Power Platform Technical Lead

Description: Lead the technical delivery of Power Platform modernization projects by replicating existing legacy systems. Design and build Dataverse schemas, Power Automate flows, and security roles while ensuring technical integrity across integrations. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform and Dataverse delivery experience, including custom Power Automate flows and advanced security configurations. Proven experience as a technical lead, mentoring developers and demonstrating implementation approaches. Direct experience with Dataverse Web API, Workflow Definition Language, and debugging tools. Strong knowledge of Dataverse security architecture and cross-environment integration. Experience with Power Apps development using React and TypeScript, and advanced PAC CLI operations. Ability to troubleshoot platform behavior through live testing and availability during Hawaii Standard Time business hours.
