Senior Solutions Architect

Description: RapidSOS seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to develop optimized solutions for life-saving technology, contributing to emergency response. The role involves leading technical sales processes, creating demos, and advising clients on using RapidSOS’s APIs and products. Requirements: 5+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (implementation or sales engineering). Proficient in programming (Python preferred) and familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong communication skills to translate client needs into technical solutions and build trusted relationships. Ability to travel up to 25%.
