Sr SDET - Performance Testing

Description: HighLevel is seeking a Sr. SDET with 5+ years of experience in performance testing to ensure product quality, performance, and scalability. The role involves working in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on performance testing strategies and contributing to product success. Requirements: 5+ years in performance, scalability, or reliability engineering/testing with experience in identifying and fixing production bottlenecks. Proficiency with modern load-testing tools (k6, Gatling, Locust) and programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java. Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana) for root cause analysis across API, database, and queue layers. Familiarity with integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
