Trade Support Manager (Trade Support Specialist) We are looking for a Trade Support Manager (Trade Support Specialist) for our client, a company operating in grain trading and logistics. The company purchases, sells and organizes deliveries of grain crops, and is now strengthening its trade operations support function and looking for a specialist who will ensure accurate and timely document flow for contracts. Основна мета посади Ensuring complete and timely documentary support for trading operations, control of document flow under purchase and sale agreements, interaction with counterparties, accounting, logistics companies and customs brokers. What you will do: Prepare contracts, specifications and supplementary agreements Maintain a contract register and monitor contract validity periods Prepare and verify primary documentation for operations Control the availability of invoices, waybills, acts, TTN, CMR, commercial invoices and customs documents Transfer documents to accounting on time Keep records of shipments and deliveries in the ERP system Interact with suppliers, buyers, carriers and customs brokers regarding documentary support Prepare registers and reporting on contract execution What is important to us: Experience in agricultural trading, particularly in grain Experience preparing purchase and sale contracts and specifications Knowledge of primary, transport and customs documentation Experience working in an ERP system Attention to detail and a responsible attitude toward documents and confidential information Communication skills with counterparties and partners How the result will be assessed: Timely processing of documents under agreements No comments from accounting regarding primary documents No fines due to document errors Completeness of the document archive and registers What the company offers: Reservation The opportunity to initiate improvements to document flow and take part in working meetings on trading operations Terms of cooperation are discussed individually
