AI Infrastructure / Product Engineer

Description: Join a healthtech team applying AI to legal workflows, bridging AI research and product development. Build evaluations, services, and features for dependable production systems. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or product engineer. Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in cloud deployment. Experience in building evaluation pipelines and benchmarks for AI systems. Familiarity with APIs, databases, backend services, and performance dashboards. Ability to convert experimental code into maintainable products. Full-stack experience is a plus; knowledge of FastAPI, Docker, React, Next.js, Postgres, and vector databases is helpful. Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and document automation is valuable. Benefits: Annual base salary ranging from $180,000 to $260,000 USD based on skills and experience.
