Senior iOS Engineer

Description: Design, build, and evolve native iOS experiences on highly visible consumer surfaces. Contribute to the architecture and development of reusable mobile foundations, frameworks, and platform capabilities. Lead technical initiatives to improve scalability, performance, reliability, and developer experience. Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing practices, observability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and technical strategy. Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture. Improve tooling, workflows, documentation, and shared engineering standards. Participate in experimentation and prototyping of new product experiences. Balance short-term product needs with long-term platform sustainability. Requirements: Senior level experience building native iOS applications with Swift. Experience with large-scale consumer-facing applications with high performance and reliability expectations. Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable mobile architecture and reusable components. Strong focus on user experience, accessibility, and performance. Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions in cross-functional environments. Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful technical trade-offs. Full professional proficiency in English. Based in Sweden and available to start in November 2026.
