Senior Staff Software Engineer

Description: Lead technical direction for model-driven capabilities in HR domain, focusing on agentic and conversational experiences. Own architecture, standards, and evaluation infrastructure for safe deployment of HR experiences across multiple teams. Requirements: 7+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership. Hands-on experience with agentic instructions, autonomous workflows, and evaluation processes. Production experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, and entitlement-aware data handling. Strong system design, API, data modeling skills, and experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
