Technical Account Manager - IT Infrastructure

Location: Austria; Bayern, Germany We are currently filling a role as Technical Account Manager at a leading provider of IT infrastructure and managed services in Austria. In this position you work in tandem with the respective Key Account Manager, are responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships, take over project planning and control to design new solutions for your customers, and contribute your many years of technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies. We are looking for IT experts with top know-how in IT infrastructure, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies (cloud & on-premise), several years of experience in project or IT management, very good German and English skills, and enthusiasm for new technologies. | WHAT YOU WILL DO Proactive advice and support for customers on technical matters and in shaping their IT strategies. Strategic development and strengthening of long-term customer relationships, as well as identifying potential for revenue growth. Needs analysis at customers and design of tailored IT solutions, particularly in the area of Microsoft infrastructure. Assumption of project responsibility from planning through control, including coordination of internal and external specialists as well as quality assurance. Application of in-depth technical expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies (cloud & on-premise) as well as in other systems such as Barracuda, Cisco, or ServiceNow. Preparation of technical offers and active support of sales in customer presentations and workshops. Continuous market observation, sharing of specialist knowledge, and active participation in the implementation of complex IT infrastructure landscapes. | WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR Excellent expertise in the area of IT infrastructure. Profound understanding of Microsoft technologies (cloud & on-premise). Several years of professional experience in project or IT management. A distinctly customer-oriented and communicative personality. Very good language skills in German and English. | REMOTE WORK POLICY In this role you can work fully remotely within Austria or Munich/Bavaria. Should you need to relocate or travel for this role, your relocation or travel costs will of course be covered. | WHAT YOU WILL GET * Salary up to €120k, negotiable.
