Staff Product Designer, Agentic CMS

What you will do Own the design vision for the Agentic CMS, from discovery through delivery, working closely with product managers and engineers. Design end-to-end experiences for AI-assisted content authoring, editing, and publishing, including prototypes and interaction models. Partner with research to understand customer needs and validate concepts with real users. Define and evolve the design system patterns used across CMS experiences. Present design work clearly to cross-functional partners and senior leadership, and iterate based on feedback. Mentor other designers and raise the quality bar across the product design team. What you bring Extensive experience as a product designer, with a portfolio showing complex, shipped product work. Experience designing content management, editing, or AI-assisted workflows. Strong interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking skills. Experience working closely with product management and engineering in a fast-paced environment. Compensation For this role, the US base salary range is $191,700 to $230,000 in Zone A, $172,500 to $207,000 in Zone B, and $155,300 to $186,300 in Zone C, plus equity and benefits. The listed Jobspresso salary uses the first listed US range, Zone A.
